All tournaments are set to be epic with cash and prizes on the line.

 

UNDER 55 PREMIER AVERAGE TOURNAMENT
IATF - Supporting Tournament

Start the weekend strong with the Under 55 Premier Average Tournament, where rising stars take center stage! ​

• Seeded, Double Elimination

• Competitors will have a minimum of 5 matches

​Every player completes 3 random seeding matches before then entering a Double Elimination tournament with initial placement in the bracket determined by those matches.

Under 55 Average Rules:

• Entry is only allowed to players with an IATF Premier match average of 55.0 points or under, as listed on their Axescores profile in the ‘Current Year’ filter at the time of ticket purchase.

• If you do not have a Premier average score, minus 10 points from your 'Current Year' Standard average score for conversion.

BIG AXE - VERICAL ATW TOURNAMENT

We're bringing Big Axe Vertical ATW (Around the World), an IATF Supporting Tournament that’s as fun as it is challenging back for 2025.​

• IATF Premier ruleset

Tournament Format:

• Three Game Guarantee, Double Elimination

• Competitors will have a minimum of 3 matches

 

The ‘Three Game Guarantee’ format for a Double Elimination tournament ensures every player will have a minimum of 3 matches in the event by giving each player who loses their first two consecutive matches a third match with the chance to fight their way back up through the lower bracket all the way to the Finals.

Big Axe Vertical ATW Rules:

• IATF Premier Rules

• Players must score a lower ring 1, then a lower ring 3, then a 5, then an upper ring 3, then an upper ring 1 and a Premier Clutch to finish.

• 10 max throws to hit all points.

• Whoever hits a Premier Clutch first wins.

• If neither player hits a Premier Clutch most touch Clutches in the 10 throws wins.

• If neither player reaches Clutches, the player who has progressed the furthest through the above steps wins.

Tiebreakers:

• If players hit Premier Clutches on the same throw or if both are tied on total touch Clutches after 10 throws (with no Premier Clutches), then players will go to a sudden death Clutch throw with the closest result to a Clutch winning.

Tournament Format:

• Seeded, Double Elimination

• Competitors will have a minimum of 5 matches

Doubles Rules:

• The normal IATF throwing rule set but with a partner!

• Scores for both thrown axes are totaled each throw.

• Both throwers must throw approximately in sync with each other.

• If an axe sticks into a partner's axe aka ‘Robin Hooding’, the score of the axe attached to the target is doubled.

• On the fifth throw of each round both, one or neither competitors may elect to go up for a Clutch
